How Much Does a Website Cost in Dubai? A Straight Answer

June 2, 2026 · 6 min read

Every website project starts with the same question, and almost every agency answers it the same unhelpful way: "it depends." It does depend, but not on anything mysterious. Here is what a website actually costs in Dubai in 2026, and why.

The range you will hear from most agencies

Most established Dubai agencies quote somewhere between AED 15,000 and AED 55,000 for a business website, with a six-week timeline attached. That range is wide because it is bundling three very different things: the design work, the content and account management overhead of a bigger team, and, often, a markup for uncertainty because the scope was never pinned down in the first place.

What we charge instead

  • Landing page, one page with one job: from $1,200 (AED 4,400), live in 5 days
  • Business website, five to eight pages: from $3,500 (AED 12,850), live in 7 to 10 days
  • Shopify store on a proven theme: from $4,200 (AED 15,400), live in 8 to 12 days

Those are fixed prices agreed before a line of code is written, not estimates that grow once the invoice arrives. If the scope changes mid-project, the price changes with it, out loud, before we keep going.

What actually moves the number

Page count is the least of it. The things that genuinely change a quote are: whether you are supplying finished copy and images or we are writing and sourcing them with you; how many integrations the site needs (booking systems, payment gateways, CRMs, WhatsApp); whether it needs Arabic and RTL layouts alongside English; and whether we are migrating an existing site's content and SEO rankings rather than starting clean.

A five-page brochure site with your own content and no integrations sits at the low end of the website tier. The same five pages with bilingual content, a booking widget and a migration from an old WordPress site sits toward the top of it. Neither surprises you, because both get priced before the work starts.

Why "fixed price" matters more than the number itself

Hourly billing puts the financial risk of every unclear requirement on you. Fixed pricing puts it on us, which is exactly why we scope carefully before quoting rather than after. It also means a project cannot quietly become a AED 40,000 job through a string of AED 500 change orders, which is the most common way web projects blow past budget.

A rule of thumb

If you need to explain one clear offer and collect enquiries, a landing page does the job for under $2,000. If you are running an established business and need people to trust you before they call, budget for a full website in the $3,500 to $6,000 range. If you are selling physical products, a Shopify build starting at $4,200 gets you a proper storefront without the six-month custom build some agencies will try to sell you.

If you want the exact number for your project, the fastest way is to send a two-line brief through the contact form or a WhatsApp message. Either way, you will have a fixed price the same day, not a follow-up meeting to get a follow-up meeting.
